In Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) at Workday, we focus to provide a scalable knowledge and skill foundation that drives predictable and measurable growth for our Global Revenue organization.About the Role
As an LMS Administrator, this role will be responsible for creating learning courses, tracking attendees, updating completions, running reports, and maintaining our course catalogs for Sales so that we can effectively track seller learning across sales enablement activities.
Responsibilities
Learning Content: Responsible for working with stakeholders to understand needs for administration of learning content within the Workday Learning platform. This includes adding new courses and scheduled offerings, performing edits as needed, and managing course organization within learning programs. A key aspect is ensuring content is effectively delivered to learners, which involves uploading course attendance post-events, creating and launching campaigns to promote learning initiatives, and assigning relevant content to new hires to facilitate their onboarding and development.
LMS Administration & Technical Support: Administer the Workday Learning platform, including user support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and the management of course Ids and user guides. Proactively identify and resolve system issues and collaborate on strategic enhancements to optimize the learning experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define system enhancements, and contribute to the long-term strategy for the Learning Management System, driving continuous improvement in learning delivery and the overall user experience.

About You
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience administering learning management systems like Workday Learning
Other Qualifications
Be able to work independently or in a team environment
Be process- and detail-oriented, meticulous, a critical thinker and be performance driven.
Clear interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using Workday Learning, Highspot and similar Sales Enablement tools.
Experience working within a sales enablement organization.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
