Join the Delivery Operations organization at Workday. The mission of our team is to support the professional services organization in the successful implementation of Workday at our customers. About the Role
Workday’s Delivery Enablement organization is looking for a hard-working Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require critical thinking, innovation, and integrity. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, impeccable attention to detail, high energy, strong project management skills and a positive demeanor. Workday is a fast-growing company, and the Contracts Analyst will need to manage multiple priorities, work independently and be proactive. The utmost confidentiality is imperative, as you will be working on sensitive projects and will be privy to confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
Manage workflow for contract review process for a variety of contract types, beginning with receipt of requests for contract generation through routing for signatures and final distribution.
Assist with maintenance and improvements of contracts management processes and system as well as implementation and enforcement of contract policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc.
Review proposed modifications to contracts and work with internal business partners and third parties to negotiate terms and obtain approvals for modifications as required.
Draft and revise contract wording to address various situations as they arise.
Maintain cross-departmental processes between, collaborating to continually improve the contracts administration process.
Complete assigned projects as determined by needs of the business and department.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Gestionar el flujo de trabajo para el proceso de revisión de contratos de diversos tipos, desde la recepción de solicitudes para la generación de contratos hasta su firma y distribución final.
- Colaborar en el mantenimiento y la mejora de los procesos y el sistema de gestión de contratos, así como en la aplicación y el cumplimiento de las políticas contractuales.
- Coordinarse con los equipos interfuncionales durante la revisión de los contratos, actuando como contacto clave para el departamento jurídico al proporcionar orientación sobre las ediciones más solicitadas, los términos no estándar, las políticas, las preguntas, etc.
- Revisar las modificaciones propuestas a los contratos y trabajar con socios comerciales internos y terceros para negociar los términos y obtener las aprobaciones de las modificaciones según sea necesario.
- Redactar y revisar la redacción de los contratos en función de las distintas situaciones que se planteen.
- Mantener procesos entre departamentos, colaborando para mejorar continuamente el proceso de administración de contratos.
- Completar los proyectos asignados en función de las necesidades de la empresa y el departamento.
About You
Basic Qualifications (essential skills)
2+ years' experience in Contract Administration.
Other Qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
Able to draft amendments related to Schedule A Agreements.
Ability to follow written processes to ensure successful and correct completion of assigned work.
Experiece working with Sales Teams.
Ability to set priorities, be flexible and handle multiple tasks, and to track and follow up on projects.
Detail oriented, meticulous, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable working collaboratively in a team environment with all levels of the company, including executive management and sales teams.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, maintain patience in high pressure situations and take initiative where appropriate.
Experience with a contract management system, i.e. Salesforce, Apttus (preferred), Conga
Focuses on accuracy, expediency, and consistency. Solutions-oriented approach.

Cualificaciones básicas (habilidades excluyentes)
- 2 años o más de experiencia en administración de contratos.
Otras cualificaciones (preferibles, pero no excluyentes)
- Capacidad para redactar enmiendas relacionadas con los Acuerdos con Anexo A.
- Capacidad para seguir procesos escritos que garanticen la realización correcta y satisfactoria del trabajo asignado.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos de ventas.
- Capacidad para establecer prioridades, ser flexible y gestionar múltiples tareas, así como para controlar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos.
- Orientación al detalle, meticulosidad y gran capacidad de organización.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación que permitan trabajar en colaboración en un entorno de equipo con todos los niveles de la empresa, incluida la dirección ejecutiva y los equipos de ventas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con una supervisión mínima, cambiar de enfoque, adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes, mantener la paciencia en situaciones de gran presión y tomar la iniciativa cuando sea apropiado.
- Experiencia con un sistema de gestión de contratos, es decir, Salesforce, Apttus (preferentemente), Conga.
- Persona orientada a la la precisión, la agilidad y la consistencia. Con enfoque orientado a soluciones
