About the Team
The Workday Contract Life Cycle Management Powered by Evisort AI team creates and delivers engaging and innovative learning solutions to help customers, partners, and employees make the most of Workday’s Contract Suite. Our innovation doesn’t stop with our applications. It continues in our approach to learning. We provide training that is designed to make learning interactive and collaborative, to ensure the ongoing success of our students.

About the Role

As a Product Trainer, you’ll provide exceptional training to Evisort’s rapidly growing user base. You will be responsible for conducting live client training, focused on providing value and driving adoption, and contributing to the overall growth of the Customer Education Team.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be involved in all aspects of client training including:

    • Drive growth by delivering insightful training that demonstrates product value

    • Work with our Customer Success team to understand client goals and tailor your training towards those goals

    • Working with multiple teams including product management, marketing, Customer Success, support, and other teams to ensure that content is fresh, useful, and relevant at all times

    • Deliver Results: Analyze engagement data to track performance against customer satisfaction and training goals

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as a trainer in a SaaS and/or learning & development environment

  • 3+ years facilitating live and virtual training sessions that are interactive

Other Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and proven problem solving skills both technically and functionally.

  • Proven ability to quickly grasp, distill and synthesize concepts and details from diverse sources, identify trends, develop strategies, and implement high-impact solutions.

  • Proven ability to lead and contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving and sometimes unexpected work environment, prioritizing accordingly.

  • Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.

  • Passion for education!

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a consistent record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to master the simultaneous use of multiple classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment.
