About the Role
Are you a data enthusiast with a passion for uncovering insights and telling compelling stories with data? The CX Analytics team is seeking a driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative group. In this role you'll be a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their unique challenges and data needs. You'll dive deep into our business, becoming an expert on our data landscape and identifying opportunities to leverage data for strategic advantage.
Your analytical skills will be crucial in delivering valuable reports, interactive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making and contribute directly to our success. We're looking for someone who can not only analyze data but also communicate their findings effectively, translating complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.

We are looking for energetic Business Intelligence Analyst to join the CX Analytics team.The ideal candidate will have a strong reporting/analytics background and a passion for data. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. As a member of the CX Analytics team, you will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the business you support, building positive relationships with your customers, and delivering value.
