The Global Partners Operations Team is passionate about supporting partnerships that accelerate innovation and growth with Industry differentiation, expanded reach and customer success. About the Role

As part of Workday’s Global Partner Operations team, the Global Partner Support Specialist will address partner support inquiries and execute operational processes throughout Workday’s global partner ecosystem, including our Marketplace. This role requires experience navigating diverse sales and ticketing systems, a solid grasp of process and data analytics, a commitment to quality and service, and strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet timelines and SLAs. The ideal candidate will also thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.

About You

Responsibilities

  • Support Workday's Marketplace
  • Data owner for data integrity
  • Help support operational enablement through systems set-up, process and execution.
  • Become an expert on operational processes and serve as a go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day operation
  • Work cross functionally to help on escalations of operational issues
  • Communicate and cooperate with teams across international time zones
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in an external facing support role
  • Experience working with or supporting digital marketplaces or partner ecosystems is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in an operational or business operations capacity
  • Salesforce.com system experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and GSuite.

Other Qualifications

  • Experience working with global cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
  • Can drive issues to closure
  • Sense of urgency and ability to adhere to set timelines and SLAs
  • Advanced Excel and Tableau experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker and performance driven
  • Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Effective meeting management and steadfast follow through on action items
  • Project coordination skills are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with multi-functional business partners and technical teams.
