Role Description

InCommunity is seeking a full-time Senior Manager of People & Culture to oversee and enhance the organization’s workforce and organizational culture. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA, working out of Norcross location temporarily. This role includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing human resources strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The Senior Manager will lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment, support employee growth, and align human resources functions with the organization’s mission and values.

This Senior HR leadership role partners directly with the Chief People & Culture Offer and Executive Team to drive:

✔ Data-driven People strategy

Essential Job Function

  • Experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR policies
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and foster a positive organizational culture
  • Proficiency in HR systems, recruiting platforms, and professional development tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in a non-profit or community-focused organization is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
