What you'll do...
- Direct the prioritization, scoping, evaluation, and feasibility assessment of People AI projects, ensuring resources are allocated to initiatives with the highest strategic value.
- Develop and implement a program management life cycle for the AI Office, to identify goals, assumptions, and success criteria while proactively mitigating risks and critical issues.
- Direct process improvement by overseeing gap analyses and implementing best practices to streamline AI adoption, while tracking KPIs and guiding ROI analyses to measure impact.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to address program issues and leverage enterprise processes.
- Drive informed decision-making by creating communication strategies, fostering an environment that supports learning, innovation, and digital disruption.
- Proven experience in Program Management or Strategy Operations, specifically managing large-scale change initiatives and directing the execution of complex, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to direct the prioritization, scoping, and feasibility assessment of multiple competing projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Expertise in developing and implementing program management life cycles.
- Strong ability to guide ROI analyses, identify KPIs, and interpret trend data to ensure desired results.
- Experience supervising the adoption of new technology and supporting digital disruption, with a focus on educating on program requirements.
- Proactive approach to identifying potential risks, assumptions, and known issues, with the ability to create mitigation strategies and ensure resolution.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
