Our client, a Professional Service firm by the Iselin NJ area is adding a Compensation and HRIS Manager to their team.

In this role you will be responsible for compensation for the development of a comprehensive rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results that support the overall strategic business initiatives. The compensation strategy will support and enable the company to attract, reward and retain the top talent on a global basis.

The position requires: a Bachelor's Degree in related area; 7+ years progressively responsible, successful experience in a progressive HR organization with 5+ years management experience; In-depth experience managing compensation, incentives, and HRIS functions (ADP experience highly preferred) with extensive knowledge of the principles and practices for each area and strong leadership qualities, presentation skills, analytical skills, and the ability to lead the organization to higher levels.

Ideal Candidate will have had experience with Compensation Presentations to Executives, working directly with Executives on compensation outlines, planning. Ideal candidates will have diverse industry expertise and have worked with salary surveys like Mercer or Payscale
