Opportunity Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing HR technology systems, with a primary focus on UKG Pro, and Cognos Analytics. This role supports a team of 30+ HR and Payroll professionals in a fast-paced, highly complex operational environment.
Serving as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas, the Senior HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and the successful implementation and testing of system enhancements and changes. This position requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Primary Duties:
- Support, maintain, and enhance the HRIS, including system integrations and interfaces.
- Provide end-to-end support across HRIS modules, including:
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Benefits & Compensation
- Performance Management
- Payroll
- Security, Business Rules, Workflows, and Integrations
- Business Intelligence / People Analytics
- Time & Attendance
- Monitor and respond to ServiceNow requests, providing timely and effective technical support
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
- Partner with HR, Payroll and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance
- Document HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Lead or support training related to new system releases, enhancements, and process changes
This role operates with minimal supervision and requires the ability to manage complex and diverse work situations. Decisions and errors may significantly impact operations, productivity, data integrity, and financial outcomes, making accuracy and attention to detail essential.

Compensation
The initial compensation is $98,000 to $113,000
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience
- UKG Pro experience highly desirable
- Experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment a plus
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving ability, including root cause analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Position is hybrid and based out of the corporate office in Issaquah, WA.
Fit for Duty

Performance
All employees have the responsibility to both the customer and their co-workers to do the job right the first time, and to ensure the business needs are being met. NAES evaluates performance throughout the year. Performance reviews are completed on an annual basis.
