Our client is urgently looking to bring on 2–3 People Ops contractors to support the team.
The role would primarily focus on administrative support, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket management, reviewing requests, and handling data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support tickets
- Review and process employee requests
- Perform data entry and maintain HR records
- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience handling ticketing systems
- Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks efficiently
