MS Shift is a fast-growing enterprise SaaS platform powering security and operations for global hospitality brands. Our platform is used by major hotel groups across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
As we scale internationally, we are building a world-class team and looking for a Senior Director of People & Culture to lead our global people strategy, talent development, and employee experience.
Role Overview
The Director of People & Culture will lead all HR and talent initiatives across the company. This role will partner directly with the executive leadership team to build scalable HR infrastructure, support global hiring, and develop programs that attract, retain, and grow top talent.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building a high-performance culture while supporting the rapid growth of MS Shift.
What You’ll Own
People Strategy
- Develop and execute the company’s global people strategy
- Align talent planning with company growth and expansion
Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruiting strategy across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations
- Build scalable hiring processes and employer branding
Employee Experience & Culture
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement
- Develop programs that improve retention and career growth
Leadership Development
- Build training and leadership programs for managers and executives
- Implement performance management and career development frameworks
HR Operations
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, benefits, and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance across multiple regions and jurisdictions
Global Workforce Scaling
- Support hiring and team expansion across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia
- Partner with leadership to build high-performing global teams
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of HR / People leadership experience
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Strong experience in global hiring and HR operations
- Ability to build HR infrastructure in a fast-growing company
- Strong leadership and executive communication skills
- Experience supporting international teams and remote workforces
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting SaaS companies scaling globally
- Background in hospitality technology, enterprise SaaS, or B2B platforms
- Experience building People Operations from growth stage
