Position: Director of People & Culture (HR)

We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Human Resources leader to shape a high‑engagement culture and oversee the people operations that support our continued growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with firm leadership to align people programs with business priorities while managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance excellence. As the firm continues to grow across multiple offices, this role will be instrumental in strengthening leadership consistency, building scalable people systems, and ensuring our culture remains strong as we evolve. As the Director of People & Culture, you will:

· Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth

· Lead the development and execution of HR strategy and daily operations.

· Own full‑cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and new‑hire experience.

· Support our culture through communication, engagement, and proactive employee relations.

· Drive compensation, benefits, performance cycles, and career development frameworks, including licensure support, and leadership pathways.

· Ensure HR compliance (state and federal laws, documentation, internal policies, etc.)

· Drive process improvements and optimization within our HRIS (Paylocity).

· Maintain a strong in‑office presence to support employees and build strong internal partnerships.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 4–7 years of progressive HR experience.

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· SHRM Certified Professional preferred.

· Advanced knowledge of compensation practices.

· Solid foundation in benefits administration.

· Well‑rounded employment‑law expertise, including key compliance timelines and requirements.

· Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms.

· Exceptional communication skills and sound judgment in sensitive matters.

· Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
