HR Systems & Integrations Analyst job with Akkodis!

Akkodis is seeking an HR Systems & Integrations Analyst to support a growing organization in optimizing, integrating, and modernizing their HR technology ecosystem. This role plays a key part in connecting enterprise platforms, improving workflow automation, and ensuring seamless data flow across the employee and employer lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong systems knowledge, experience with integrations, and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex workflow and data issues. Familiarity with tools such as Blue Prism or automation technologies is highly valued.

Pay/Salary Range: $55.00/hr to $80.00/HR The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary administrator for HRIS and connected business systems.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize system integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies across HR, payroll, benefits, finance, CRM, and related systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system administration, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
  • Execute and support data transfers, data migration, and data integrity monitoring.
  • Recommend and implement automation tools, integration technologies, and AI‑enabled solutions, ensuring proper governance, security, and compliance.
  • Strengthen system security through access management, permissions, audits, and governance controls.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to support technical requirements and system alignment with business processes.
