Senior Manager, HR Technology

Signature Aviation is seeking a Manager, HR Technology. In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day leader for the HR technology ecosystem across Signature, responsible for operational excellence of Signature’s core data flows. You and your team will lead the full HR technology portfolio configuration including UKG workforce management & payroll, Oracle HCM and talent systems, LMS/LXP, and other minor HRIS enterprise SAAS applications—ensuring accuracy, reliability, and a seamless experience for our 6,000+ Team Members.
This position blends HRIT experience with multi-functional, project-based leadership. You will develop the roadmap for critical deliverables in the space, spearhead modernization and automation initiatives, and ensure Signature’s HR technology landscape scales with the organization’s growth. Your work will strengthen data quality, reduce manual effort, eliminate silos, and improve decision-making across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the HRIT solution design, deployment, and maintenance of HR technology solutions that support the enterprise within UKG, Oracle, and Cornerstone.
- Lead project management, quality control, and optimization of contractual licenses for UKG, Oracle and Cornerstone, with consideration for ServiceNow HRSD.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll leaders to translate business needs into effective system solutions, balancing innovation with platform governance and standard methodologies
- Partner with Workforce Operations to ensure the solution is meeting the business need
- Evaluate new features within our systems, assessing risks, and coordinating adoption of new capabilities in partnership with IT.
- Guide and develop a high-performing team of skilled experts ready to guide Signature Aviation into the future
- Drive HR technology project delivery, ensuring consistent delivery of enhancements, integrations, and enterprise-wide initiatives with rigor, alignment, and timely execution
- Manage third-party HR technology vendors and external development teams to ensure high-quality delivery, upholding standards, and alignment with Signature’s HR Technology roadmap
- Manage a small team of HR systems analysts and specialists.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6–10+ years HRIS or related experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency/expertise in HR systems (e.g. Oracle, UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, etc.), employee data management, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, accountability, business insights, and strategic mindset.
- Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications recommended
