HRIS Manager

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, design, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving system enhancements, improving data integrity, and enabling seamless integrations across HR and business applications. The HRIS Manager will play a key role in evaluating opportunities for system modernization—including the potential adoption of a new HRIS platform—ensuring that any future transitions are executed with strong governance, smooth migration, and business alignment.
In partnership with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams, this role will also lead the implementation of AI-driven and automation solutions to enhance employee experience, streamline HR processes, and strengthen workforce analytics capabilities.
This position requires deep integration expertise, hands-on experience with Workday or comparable enterprise HR platforms, and strong knowledge of emerging HR technology and AI applications.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
HR Technology Strategy & Governance
- Lead the long-term roadmap for HR technology, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Evaluate current HRIS capabilities and recommend enhancements or modernization initiatives (including potential platform transitions).
- Establish data governance standards and ensure ongoing data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, testing, and optimization of HRIS modules and integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and simplifying HR workflows.
- Partner with IT to manage integrations with payroll, finance, ATS, timekeeping, and other business systems.
- Implement AI-driven tools to improve process efficiency, decision support, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to enhance HR reporting, dashboards, and predictive insights.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR system inquiries, enhancements, and escalations.
- Train HR and business users on new system features, processes, and best practices.
- Lead HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives.
- 5–8+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with system integrations, data flows, and HR process automation.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HR platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce).
- Knowledge of AI tools, data analytics, and emerging HR technologies.
- Ability to manage complex projects, influence stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
