For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Total Rewards And People Ops to join the team of a leader in the Media space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Media space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $251,200 – $314,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Analytics teams to foster a high-performance culture
  • Lead the AI strategy within the People Team to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
  • Architect and scale the People Team's tools and systems for optimal data integrity and reporting
  • Develop systems to strengthen Total Rewards initiatives and compensation infrastructure
  • Collaborate with executives on comprehensive compensation strategies, including executive compensation and equity philosophies
  • Build a robust People Analytics function to define key metrics and support data-driven talent decisions
  • Create an exceptional People Operations engine for seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes

Qualifications

  • 12+ years leading Total Rewards and People Ops teams with a focus on Business Partnership and Strategy
  • Experience in high-growth, talent-dense organizations
  • Strong analytical skills in people analytics and Total Rewards disciplines
  • Clear communicator with HR strategy expertise
  • Innovative thinker with a record of designing impactful organizational programs
