Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $251,200 – $314,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Analytics teams to foster a high-performance culture
- Lead the AI strategy within the People Team to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
- Architect and scale the People Team's tools and systems for optimal data integrity and reporting
- Develop systems to strengthen Total Rewards initiatives and compensation infrastructure
- Collaborate with executives on comprehensive compensation strategies, including executive compensation and equity philosophies
- Build a robust People Analytics function to define key metrics and support data-driven talent decisions
- Create an exceptional People Operations engine for seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes
- 12+ years leading Total Rewards and People Ops teams with a focus on Business Partnership and Strategy
- Experience in high-growth, talent-dense organizations
- Strong analytical skills in people analytics and Total Rewards disciplines
- Clear communicator with HR strategy expertise
