Responsibilities:
- Backend administration and configuration of UKG Ready
- Build and optimize business rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures
- Deploy currently unused UKG Ready modules
- Evaluate system utilization and recommend efficiency improvements
- Ensure proper system controls and workforce management alignment
- Collaborate with operations and planning leadership
Required skills:
- UKG Ready experience - administrating and configuring
- Experience deploying additional modules in UKG Ready
