We are seeking a strategic and technically strong People Analytics professional to support the HR function through advanced data automation, predictive analytics, and self-service reporting solutions. This role will focus on transforming manual data requests into scalable tools, accelerating time-to-insight, and driving actionable workforce decisions. The position operates in a fully remote U.S. environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert recurring manual HR data requests into automated, unified self-service analytics tools.
• Build and maintain solutions using Databricks, Unity Catalog, and AI/BI dashboards.
• Conduct complex workforce analytics and predictive modeling related to hiring, retention, and engagement.
• Deliver actionable insights that improve talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Ensure strong data governance, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements / Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (Unity Catalog, AI/BI dashboards).
• Experience working with large, complex HR datasets.
• Strong stakeholder communication and data storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP.
• Experience building automated and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Background in predictive workforce modeling.
