What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience in a high-end, fast-paced hospitality environment in a People & Culture/HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Home Office regulations
  • Experience in ER management, policy development, HR systems, and project management
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and more
  • Experience with payroll processes and Tronc (essential)
