- You'll lead large-scale people analytics and reporting transformation projects across our global Markets and Airline divisions, presenting updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders including the HR Leadership Team.
- Working with global people data from multiple systems, you'll deliver actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions, optimise headcount and labour costs, and track progress against our People Agenda.
- Design and maintain advanced analytics solutions and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Python, and our People Data Warehouse, ensuring they're reliable, automated, and user-friendly for senior stakeholders.
- Lead improvements to data quality, governance, and ethical use of people data across TUI, implementing standards and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Act as a trusted analytics partner, consulting with HR and business stakeholders ((e.g. Finance, IT and transformation forums) to understand their needs and advise on how to interpret and use people analytics effectively.
- Involves hands-on accountability for ethical, compliant handling of sensitive, employee-level data.
- Champion data literacy across the organisation by delivering training, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices in data-driven decision-making.
- You bring proven experience delivering people analytics or data analytics solutions in a complex, preferably global, organisation.
- Your expertise in data visualisation and reporting (such as Tableau or Power BI) enables you to design dashboards that resonate with senior stakeholders.
- You have solid working knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses and/or data lakes, plus hands-on experience building and automating analytics solutions using Python, Power Query, and advanced Excel.
- Your ability to translate complex data into clear insights, stories, and actionable recommendations sets you apart.
- You've demonstrated success managing stakeholder relationships and influencing senior leaders, with high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
