About the Role: As our HRIS Systems Manager you will be responsible for the strategic ownership, governance, and continuous optimisation of the organisation’s HR technology ecosystem. This role ensures that HR systems effectively enable the employee lifecycle, deliver reliable people data and insights, and support business decision-making at scale. In this role you will act as the bridge between HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and the business, ensuring systems are integrated, compliant, user-friendly, and future-ready.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end HRIS landscape, including core HR, talent, learning, performance, compensation, and analytics platforms.
  • Translate HR and business strategy into a clear HR systems roadmap.
  • Lead system evolution from transactional tools to data-driven decision enablers.
  • Ensure scalability to support growth, acquisitions, and organisational change.
  • Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements (including vendor selection, design, testing, and rollout).
  • Drive continuous improvement through system configuration, automation, and process simplification.
  • Enable consistent, trusted HR reporting and dashboards for executives and leaders.
  • Ensure alignment between HR data and Finance / Payroll reporting.
  • Establish and maintain HRIS governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, local privacy laws), audit and internal control requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR system vendors and implementation partners.
  • Manage vendor performance, roadmap alignment, and commercial discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years’ experience in HRIS/HR technology roles.
  • Minimum bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in at least one of the following enterprise HR platforms; Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM etc.
  • Strategic and financial acumen to deliver solutions on-time and within budget.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
