What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities
As our People & Culture Director, you'll lead the charge in delivering comprehensive people solutions that drive performance and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing cutting-edge People & Culture best practices that elevate our workplace experience
- Delivering seamless Payroll services that ensure our team is rewarded accurately and on time
- Managing Employee Relations with empathy and expertise, fostering positive workplace relationships
- Overseeing Return to Work programs that support our staff through their wellness journey
- Developing and maintaining strategies that create a supported, high-performing workforce
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery across all People & Culture functions
