Whether it’s supporting clinicians, streamlining operations, or improving patient outcomes, we’re here to make a real difference in healthcare through digital innovation.

The role:

The Senior People and Culture Business Partner plays a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across the organisation to shape and execute people strategies that align with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role provides expert guidance on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day people matters. It also plays a key role in delivering People & Culture programs and policies, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience that fosters innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

What you'll do:

  • Leverage people data and analytics to inform strategic people decisions
  • Well-versed in the end-to-end lifecycle of people from attracting, hiring, growing, managing, to offboarding.
  • Championing cultural alignment, helping leaders embed values, create inclusive environments, and support employee wellbeing and recognition.
  • Partnering with business leaders to providing timely, pragmatic advice on employee relations issues, including conduct, conflict resolution, absence management, and grievances, ensuring alignment with policy and legislation.
  • Supporting workforce planning and helping leaders identify future skill needs, capability gaps, and succession risks within their teams.
  • Helping to implement P&C initiatives such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, onboarding improvements, and leadership development offerings, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each business unit.
  • Coaching leaders and supporting their growth in areas such as giving feedback, navigating difficult conversations, leading through change, and improving team dynamics.
  • Supporting organisational change, including restructures or business transitions, by guiding leaders through the people aspects and maintaining clear and empathetic communication.

  • A roll your sleeves up attitude to work in a lean team without lots of supporting technology infrastructure
  • The ability to switch between high level strategy and hands on functional support
  • Willingness to undertake occasional out of hours work to meet organisational needs
  • Strengths in working as a member of a collaborative team, but comfort in being self directed and able to work autonomously as needed

What we need from you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a HRBP or strategic HR role
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, policy development and workforce planning
