About The Opportunity

Working closely with our operational leaders, you'll provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, performance, and HR policies. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of people matters and grow your advisory skills in a supportive, down-to-earth team.

In this role, you will:

• Support leaders with advice on performance, conduct, and employee lifecycle matters
• Assist with workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and case management
• Provide guidance on Award and EA interpretation across varied employee groups
• Coordinate HR processes and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency
• Contribute to workforce planning, onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and develop your advisory confidence
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Solid experience in a Senior HR Advisor role or similar, ideally in blue-collar, multi-entity and/or operational environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong ER/IR experience
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a team mindset
• Working knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award/EBA frameworks
