Role Summary
Cinnamon is looking for a high ownership Talent Acquisition & People Operations Associate to build exceptional teams while supporting core HR operations. You will own full cycle recruiting across technical, go to market, and operational roles while also supporting onboarding, employee experience, and people processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment and enjoys both the strategic and operational sides of People work. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure we hire thoughtfully, efficiently, and with high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in full cycle recruiting across technical, sales, operations, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, competencies, and interview plans
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Develop structured interview processes and scorecards
- Manage ATS workflows and ensure a high quality candidate experience
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates
- Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding
People Operations
- Support onboarding and new hire experience from offer acceptance through ramp
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
- Support performance review cycles and engagement initiatives
- Partner with the Director of HR on policy updates and compliance initiatives
- Help coordinate employee events, trainings, and culture building efforts
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a startup or high growth company
- Experience hiring across multiple functions such as engineering, healthcare, sales, or operations
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive talent
- Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms
- Highly organized with strong follow through
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
