- Strong sustained engagement in music through performance, composition, production, teaching, or criticism.
- Active participation in music communities in one of the listed languages.
- Strong familiarity with music theory terminology and regional genre traditions.
- Ability to clearly articulate musical analysis in the target language.
- Strong written communication skills and editorial judgment.
