DonorConnect is seeking a full-time People and Culture Generalist. The People & Culture Generalist supports the day-to-day function of the People & Culture department including assisting with P&C process, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Generalist provides general P&C support to all employees in the organization. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and condential information with professionalism and discretion.

Training/Education/Certification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• SHRM or PHR certication preferred
  
  

# Experience Required:

• Minimum of two to three years of relevant HR experience preferred
  
  

# Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Oce products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of HR processes and understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws Knowledge of HRIS system
• Ability to maintain strict condentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
• Ability to be well-organized and balance multiple priorities with dierent deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent interpersonal relationship skills Ability to interact with all levels of employees Flexible, willingness to assist others
• Able to work well under stress Excellent time management skills
• Able to work well independently and to prioritize work Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to move up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate eectively both orally and in writing
