Responsibilities

  • Leads enterprise‑wide compensation strategy and governance, including market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, incentives, and annual compensation cycles
  • Provides decision support for offers, promotions, adjustments, and retention actions, while managing modeling, budgeting, and post‑cycle analytics
  • Drives workforce and labor analytics, delivering executive‑ready dashboards and insights on headcount, attrition, productivity, and long‑range workforce planning
  • Owns job architecture and organizational design, ensuring alignment across job families, leveling standards, compensation structures, and talent strategy.
  • Oversees pay compliance and risk management, including pay‑equity analysis, regulatory adherence, audit‑ready documentation, and governance controls.
  • Serves as a leader in HR systems, data integrity, and process optimization, supporting HRIS functionality, automation, integrations, and enterprise initiatives such as M&A and restructuring.

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Brings 7–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, workforce analytics, total rewards, or HR systems–enabled roles
  • Demonstrates strong capability in compensation design, governance, analytics, and workforce planning
  • Possesses advanced analytical and financial modeling skills to support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Communicates effectively with executives, translating complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (ADP preferred), compensation planning tools, and analytics platforms

Salary: $130K-$155K
