People & Culture Associate (Raleigh, NC)
Position
In this role, you will support a wide range of People & Culture (P&C) projects, programs, and activities, helping ensure smooth and efficient business operations. You will collaborate across teams and manage both internal and external communications to keep initiatives on track and well-coordinated.
You will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as providing relocation and global mobility support. You will help maintain and optimize P&C systems and platforms, manage relationships with external P&C vendors, and contribute to drafting and updating P&C policies.
Additionally, you will prepare and deliver clear and engaging P&C communications, and support Learning & Development initiatives to help foster employee growth and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Global Mobility & Assignments Serve as the main point of contact for assignees and transferees, coordinating end-to-end mobility processes and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a smooth employee experience.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support Manage administrative and system processes for mobile and transferring employees, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Relocation & Vendor Management Oversee relocation vendors, monitor service quality, and manage related billing and issue resolution.
- People & Culture Billing Review and process P&C vendor invoices, ensuring accurate reporting and cost allocation in partnership with Finance.
- Workers’ Compensation & Leave Administration Oversee workers’ compensation claims and manage employee leave programs in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of general HR experience
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility
