Whitley Recruiting Partners (WRP) is recruiting a People Operations Coordinator to work on the behalf of our client, a locally-owned SaaS company based in downtown Raleigh that has doubled headcount in the last 12 months! This client has little turnover and is offering equity as well!
This resource will report to the Chief People Officer and form a two-person HR/People team for this growing company.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage office operations and administrative duties
- Handle employee onboarding, employee benefits
- Executive assistant duties
Long-term, this employee will have an opportunity to grow into a HR Business Partner or HR Specialist role.
In-office requirements are 3 days/week in downtown Raleigh.
