Objectives
- Lead live training for new agents on dental eligibility, claims, accounts receivable, payment posting, dental software, and professional communication.
- Test trainee readiness using real-life situations, accuracy checks, and actual work examples.
- Review trainee work for accuracy and compliance, document feedback, and coach issues early before they become problems.
- Create, update, and improve training videos, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Set up and manage trainee access and progress in LearnWorlds and HIPAA training systems.
- Send daily updates showing trainee progress, quality results, and any risks or concerns.
- Work closely with HR, QA Supervisors, and Operations to make sure training matches real production needs.
- Help train Supervisors and Revenue Managers as the team continues to grow.
- Strong dental billing knowledge.
- Ability to teach clearly and lead live training.
- High focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Effective coaching and feedback skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Comfort with training systems and dental software.
- Clear, professional communication.
