Primary Services is excited to announce the HRIS Analyst role at a large, rapidly expanding organization. This role is critical to supporting and enhancing core HR technology platforms that serve a broad employee population. The selected professional will partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, drive process improvements, and support ongoing system enhancements in a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain functionality of the existing ADP or Oracle system, including data entry, configuration, and updates.
- Provide technical support to HR and business users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Generate and analyze customized HR reports based on evolving business requirements.
- Conduct routine system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in ADP or Oracle implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and validation.
- Support employee data migration efforts into ADP or Oracle platforms.
- Develop system user guides and documentation to support training and knowledge transfer.
- Train HR and operational users on system functionality and established best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through system enhancements and workflow optimization.
- Document standard operating procedures for HRIS-related workflows.
- Contribute to HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and system rollouts.
- Perform additional HR systems-related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in HRIS administration.
- Direct experience with ADP is required; experience with Oracle is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementation and employee data migration.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and report generation.
- Experience performing system audits, diagnostic testing, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of data security standards and confidentiality requirements within HR environments.
- Ability to work onsite in Katy 2–3 days per week in a hybrid schedule.
