We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and support of our Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud solutions. This role will serve as the functional and/or technical subject matter expert, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, etc.).
• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional designs.
• Oversee system integrations, data migrations, reporting, and security configurations.
• Provide strategic guidance on HCM best practices and Oracle product capabilities.
• Manage stakeholders, project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT), deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
• Manage team members and coordinate with cross-functional technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years HCM Oracle Experience
• Preference to consulting experience
• Jira Experience
• Onsite in Houston
