Job Function
- Manage and maintain employee data within Workday, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Process high-volume data entry related to employee records, compensation, benefits, and job changes.
- Audit and update HRIS records to ensure data integrity and consistency across the system.
- Navigate and utilize Workday modules efficiently to support HR operations.
- Generate and validate standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business needs.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate system updates and reporting.
- Support system testing, updates, and process improvements within the HRIS environment.
- 3–5 years of HRIS experience within a corporate HR environment.
- Experience with Workday HRIS preferred, but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience generating, organizing, and maintaining reports within a modern HRIS platform.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity across systems.
