HRIS & Financial Systems Administrator

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administer Workday HCM and Financials, including security, configurations, and user support.
- Optimize business processes, workflows, and integrations across HR and Finance.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy through audits and validations.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Provide training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance to end‑users.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and BT to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and improve system efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field).
- 1–4 years of Workday or HR/Finance systems administration experience.
- Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and workflows.
- Workday Pro Certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of HR and finance processes, compliance, and data governance.
