HRIS Administrator Job Responsibilities
- Ownership of our high-volume Pre-Employment and Onboarding processing:
- Process pre-employment checks (Background, Motor Vehicle, Drug Screens) and communicate results via our HRIS platform.
- Effectively, and proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure they follow pre-employment approval steps.
- Initiate and process new employee Onboarding, including collecting and verifying new employee data and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with legal I-9 Employment Verification Deadlines and internal new hire processes.
- Proudly represent our company by creating an outstanding first impression on candidates and new hires.
- Assisting the HR Operations Manager with 3rd party database management (CDK, ComplyAuto, etc.)
- Assist the HR Team with Administrative work and projects.
- Digital Employee File management.

HRIS Administrator Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required. 2-year degree, or higher, preferred.
- Experience working within an HRIS, managing employee data.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic to Intermediate Excel proficiency, and overall understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic experience with CDK DMS, beneficial but not required.
- Strong work ethic and phone etiquette.
- Good communication skills, emphasizing both informal and professional written communication.
- An interest in human resources or database management is preferred.
