People & Ops Co-Ordinator

Hybrid (Manchester) | £30,000

We are seeking an organised and proactive People & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of Leadly’s day-to-day operations. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the centre of a growing business.

You will work closely with the People function, provide administrative support to the Founder, and take ownership of office management, ensuring both our culture and operational foundations are well supported.

Core Responsibilities

People & Culture Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People function
  • Coordinate and organise team initiatives, including Good Vibes Days
  • Support the production of the monthly team newsletter
  • Assist in delivering culture, social events and team engagement activities

Founder & Executive Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Founder
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and operational logistics
  • Assist with calendar management and meeting notes/ action setting

Office & Operations Management

  • Support the setup and ongoing management of our new office space
  • Source and manage relationships with office suppliers (e.g. coffee, consumables, equipment)
  • Act as a consistent in-office presence, helping maintain structure and organisation
  • Oversee general office upkeep, ensuring a well-run, professional and welcoming environment
