As our Workforce, CPD Analytics and Reporting Analyst, you'll support the Workforce Planning and CPD teams by managing and analysing data, maintaining dashboards, and producing reports that inform evidence-based decisions. Reporting to the National Workforce Planner (with CPD guidance from the CPD Operations Manager and National Director, CPD), you’ll collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and strengthen organisational insights.
As our Workforce, CPD Analytics and Reporting Analyst, you'll also:
- Maintain shared datasets, reporting frameworks, and documentation to support integrated analytics across Workforce Planning and CPD.
- Assist teams with compliance reporting, performance monitoring, and evaluation of CPD programs.
- Support internal meetings and governance activities, including preparing agenda documents and routine data summaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, interpretation, and reporting processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience in health and/or workforce data analysis
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
