About the Role
We’re looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Setting up new employment contracts
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinating onboarding activities and employee experiences
- Analysing people data and metrics and providing insights
- Coordinating training programs and sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring information is handled with care and confidentiality
- Support the review and continuous improvement of HR data and information systems.
- Contribute to quality system reviews, helping to enhance processes and standards
- Take an active role in people-focused projects and initiatives that support our team and culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Desirable Certificate IV Human Resource Management
- Proven experience in a HR administration role is an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Understanding of HR practices including Equal Employment Opportunity and WH&S requirements is preferred.
