About the Role

We’re looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our team and help us create a fun, engaging, and supportive workplace. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities, and building a positive company culture. You’ll take the lead in monthly employee engagement activities, onboarding sessions, training, and HR admin, giving you hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions.

Whether you’re in your final year of study or looking to gain HR experience, this part-time or full-time role (minimum 3 days per week) is open to candidates with no prior experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and induction sessions for new starters
  • Maintain employee records, track attendance, support payroll administration, and assist with general HR processes
  • Organise and run employee engagement activities to keep our culture vibrant
  • Work closely with the P&C team on initiatives that enhance employee experience
