To date, we have crafted over 100 multifamily properties across twelve states, managing 25+ of these properties in four Western states. Today, ACG employs approximately 250 professionals across corporate, development, construction, design, and property management operations in multiple states. The HR function supports both corporate teams and property-level operations across the portfolio.

Position Overview
- $190,000 - $250,000* annually
- Annual performance bonus: up to 20% of based salary based on a combination of individual KPIs, overall company performance, and discretionary evaluation by executive leadership
- The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

- Minimum of 12+ years’ of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing an HR team.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law.
- Proven strategic HR abilities.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience with Workday
- Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-entity organizations is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
- Lead initiatives in talent management, retention, and employee engagement
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, anti-discrimination laws, etc.)
- Partner with legal counsel on employment matters and risk mitigation
- Maintain and update company policies and employee handbooks
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting strategy and systems (including ATS management)
- Analyze hiring data to drive strategic staffing decisions
- Partner with department leaders to identify and meet workforce needs
- Build out and update organizational charts, both company and department-wide
- Lead compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives
- Oversee payroll operations and benefits administration
- Manage annual benefits renewals and employee communication
- Develop and manage HR budget
- Lead investigations and resolve workplace concerns with professionalism and fairness
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and leadership coaching
- Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and employee development
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and survey programs
- Oversee online reputation management (Glassdoor, Indeed, Google, etc.)
