Major Duties
Provides direction for the strategic design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Human Resources (HR) policies and programs within Department of Defense (DoD) parameters.
Provides direction for the design, implementation, and administration of multi-faceted corporate compensation program that drives organizational performance.
Directs the development of strategies to effectively negotiate and administer labor management program.
Provides direction for the strategic design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Human Resources (HR) systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
