The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (Exchange) is seeking an exceptional Vice President of HR Support—a strategic powerhouse who can elevate our people programs, modernize systems, and champion initiatives that support service members and their families worldwide.

What You’ll Lead & Achieve

As the VP of HR Support, you’ll guide the strategic direction of enterprise-wide HR functions, ensuring our workforce policies align with the mission of the Department of Defense and the needs of a diverse, global employee population. You will:

🔹 Shape Organization‑Wide Workforce Strategy

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of cutting-edge HR policies, programs, and initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Ensure alignment with DoD parameters while driving modernization and operational excellence.

🔹 Drive Performance Through Compensation Leadership

  • Oversee a comprehensive corporate compensation strategy that inspires performance, supports retention, and enhances organizational capability.

🔹 Lead Labor & Employee Relations Strategy

  • Develop and guide labor management programs that foster collaboration and build strong organizational relationships.

🔹 Advance HR Technology & Systems

  • Direct the evolution and implementation of HR technologies that streamline processes, enhance data insights, and strengthen the employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 12+ years of progressive HR management experience, with at least
  • 5 years in executive-level leadership
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
