Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing Company located in the Fayetteville Georgia area is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Job Duties:

• Will play a crucial role in shaping, executing, and assessing the overall human resources strategy for the organization.
• This includes launching initiatives tailored to the needs of a company involved in the manufacturing of automotive and mechanical parts.
• Will oversee key areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and training, they utilize technology and data analysis to support organizational growth and ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment. Leadership, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches are essential.
• Development and implementation of Human Resource Strategy
• Harness HR technology and digital tools to analyze employee data, understand performance and needs, and establish more efficient human resources management processes using AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of Human Resource Experience
• 5 years working in a Manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of HR Management
