Vice President, Human Resources
One Model
The VP of HR will oversee corporate and field HR functions including operations supporting call centers and distributed workforce environments, and will lead a team of HR leaders responsible for driving performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise.
This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can guide transformation, integrate acquired businesses, and build a unified culture in a fast-paced growth environment. The position also provides executive oversight of total rewards, regulatory compliance, and enterprise talent development strategies.
Strategic Leadership
Vice President of Human Resources Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with organizational growth, M&A activity, and long-term business goals
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Lead HR integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, including cultural alignment, systems integration, and change readiness
- Drive enterprise change management initiatives across corporate and field operations
- Lead cultural integration and transformation efforts to support a unified and high-performing organization
- Design scalable HR infrastructure and processes to support rapid expansion
- Provide executive oversight of total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Lead enterprise talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability building
- Align rewards and development programs to support engagement, retention, and organizational performance
- Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards across all operating regions
- Establish policies, controls, and best practices that mitigate risk and support ethical, compliant business operations
- Oversee HR audits, reporting, and regulatory processes related to workforce management
- Champion employee engagement and organizational health across a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce
- Foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture that supports innovation and operational excellence
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee experience and cultural alignment across acquired entities
- Provide executive oversight of HR operations across corporate, field, and call center environments
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR policies, programs, and compliance practices globally
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce productivity and operational performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior HR leaders across multiple functional areas
- Build strong HR business partner capabilities to support evolving business needs
- Establish clear priorities, metrics, and accountability across the HR organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience in complex, multi-site or global organization
- Proven experience supporting rapid growth, organizational scaling, and M&A integration required
- Demonstrated success leading change management and culture transformation initiatives
- Experience leading total rewards strategy, compliance frameworks, and enterprise talent development programs
- Experience supporting distributed operations, field environments, and/or call center populations required
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset combined with operational execution capability
- Experience leading and developing high-performing HR leadership teams
