Vice President Human Resources

Soni is working with a growing, multi-site healthcare organization who is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and elevate the HR function during a key phase of expansion. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable infrastructure, strengthen workforce strategy, and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the organization’s HR strategy and operations
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and growth initiatives
- Build and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
- Oversee talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal governance standards
- Develop data-driven insights to support business decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience scaling HR in a growing or multi-site organization
- Strong executive presence and business acumen
- Data-driven mindset with ability to connect HR strategy to financial outcomes
- Proven leadership and change management experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or complex service-based organizations
- Experience modernizing HR infrastructure and systems
- Exposure to HR analytics and workforce data tools
Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
