Soni is working with a growing, multi-site healthcare organization who is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and elevate the HR function during a key phase of expansion. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable infrastructure, strengthen workforce strategy, and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the organization’s HR strategy and operations
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and growth initiatives
• Build and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal governance standards
• Develop data-driven insights to support business decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience scaling HR in a growing or multi-site organization
• Strong executive presence and business acumen
• Data-driven mindset with ability to connect HR strategy to financial outcomes
• Proven leadership and change management experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare or complex service-based organizations
• Experience modernizing HR infrastructure and systems
• Exposure to HR analytics and workforce data tools

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
