SRV HR is seeking accomplished HR leaders to join our network of independent consultants in the Miami Metro market. As a SRV HR Advisor, you’ll own and operate your own HR consulting practice while leveraging our proven model that includes tools, support, and business development resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and tactical HR consulting services to clients in various industries, targeting small to mid-sized businesses.

• Utilize SRV HR’s tools and systems to efficiently manage your consulting practice.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay current in the HR field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an executive-level role.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic HR solutions and manage client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
