Torani has fueled more than 30 years of double-digit growth through our passion for flavor, people, and purpose. As our business continues to grow in scale and complexity, we are creating the opportunity for a Vice President, People to help evolve how Torani creates opportunity, connection, and growth for its team members – now and into the future.

This senior leader will bring a broad, enterprise-wide perspective – balancing strategic foresight with deep presence – ensuring Torani’s people practices evolve in step with our growth, while staying rooted in our values and people-first culture. You’ll work through influence and partnership, helping align leaders and teams around shared people priorities that support the business today and position us well for what’s next.

With an eye toward the future, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate the people needs of a growing organization, support the change that comes with expansion, and steward key annual people processes. You’ll also play an important role in shaping and leveraging our HRIS capabilities to strengthen people practices, support leaders, and improve decision-making and organizational insight.

If you’re energized by shaping the people experience at a growing, purpose-driven company – and believe great business results and great team member experiences go hand in hand – we’d love to meet you.

Success Factors (First 12–24 Months)

  • Strategic People Partner: You are a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders across Torani – offering perspective, coaching, and practical guidance that strengthens leadership effectiveness and organizational health, including supporting leaders as they step into new senior roles or expanded scope, helping them integrate quickly, build strong relationships, and lead effectively within our culture. At the same time, you are a visible, approachable, and welcoming presence for team members at all levels, building trust through connection, listening, and genuine curiosity about the team member experience. You play an instrumental role in developing leaders of leaders – strengthening leadership depth, consistency, and impact across the organization.
  • Integration Steward: You lead and align People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Office Services, and Team Member Integration into a cohesive, high-impact ecosystem. You build upon the existing strengths of these teams while providing sound, thoughtful perspective and guidance to people-related decisions across the organization. Through clear direction and partnership, you help ensure ongoing consistency, confidence, and quality in how people matters are addressed. You are a close partner to Total Rewards & People Operations, Learning & Development, and Team Member Experience leaders – working together to ensure People strategies, programs, and experiences are thoughtfully coordinated and consistently experienced across the organization.
  • Organizational Growth & People Planning Guide: You co-create company-wide strategic priorities and lead Torani’s annual people planning process – translating business strategy and team member feedback into clear people priorities, capabilities, and investments. You help Torani navigate the change that comes with growth – new capabilities, new ways of working, and increasing organizational complexity. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you anticipate people impacts, align leadership, and bring structure and clarity to change efforts so the organization continues to grow in ways that feel intentional, connected, and aligned with our values.
  • Career & Capability Champion: Through the lens of Torani’s three-year people plans, you help shift Career Mixology from ad hoc to intentional – strengthening internal development, mobility, and succession so we are growing our own talent wherever possible. In close partnership with Learning & Development, you serve as a key conduit – bringing insights from across the organization to inform the design of development programs that meet real leadership and capability needs. Together, you help leaders and team members see clear pathways for growth and opportunity.
  • People Practices & Leadership Enablement Facilitator: You serve as a key strategic partner in the implementation and ongoing adoption of Torani’s HRIS system, with a clear focus on elevating Torani’s people practices and strengthening leaders’ ability to lead well. You co-create the roadmap for system capabilities and people processes through the lens of desired outcomes – supporting more continuous, meaningful, and development-focused connection between leaders and team members. You influence decisions about tools and capabilities that simplify leaders’ work, increase clarity and visibility, and better support day-to-day leadership – using data and insight to inform decisions while keeping the team member experience front and center.

You guide your teams to work in deep partnership with other functions, taking shared accountability for outcomes and approaching success as something we achieve together. You create an environment where your team feels supported and challenged, and where partnership with the business is grounded in trust and shared purpose.
  • Have Fun! You bring optimism, warmth, and a sense of joy to the work. Growth brings complexity – but connection, humor, and celebration keep us grounded and doing our best work.
