Talent Development & Talent Production
11. Build leadership pipelines for future executives
12. Design programs for developing founders and operators
13. Establish internal talent academies and training frameworks
14. Develop global mentorship programs
15. Implement learning and development strategies
16. Create systems for continuous talent production
17. Develop competency frameworks across roles
18. Establish performance evaluation standards
Talent Acquisition & Management
19. Design global recruitment strategy
20. Build relationships with top universities and executive networks
