Key Responsibilities
People Strategy & Executive Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable HR initiatives supported by data and execution discipline.
- Balance strategic perspective with hands-on leadership in a lean, impact-oriented environment.
Talent & Organizational Effectiveness
- Own end-to-end talent management, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Build scalable people programs that support growth while maintaining a strong, values-aligned culture.
- Design and evolve a business partner model that enables leaders across the organization.
Compensation, Benefits & Workforce Planning
- Oversee compensation programs, incentives, payroll, and benefits in partnership with finance and external partners.
- Support headcount planning, workforce modeling, and payroll forecasting with strong analytical rigor.
- Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Lead HR operations, systems, reporting, and budgeting with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and insight.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Strengthen governance and risk management while enabling speed and flexibility.
Data, Systems & Scale
- Continue modernizing HR systems, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Establish metrics and dashboards that provide clear visibility into people performance and trends.
- Use data to inform decisions and elevate HR as a strategic, insight-driven function.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing HR team.
- Set clear expectations, accountability, and operating cadence across the function.
- Build internal capability to support long-term organizational health and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Progressive HR leadership experience with accountability for enterprise-level people strategy and operations.
- Background in high-growth, operationally complex organizations.
- Strong financial and analytical orientation, with comfort partnering closely with finance on workforce planning and cost management.
- Proven ability to operate hands-on while scaling systems, processes, and teams.
- Track record of building trust with executives through clear judgment, data-backed recommendations, and execution.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and change with a practical, adaptable mindset.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Deep knowledge of modern HR practices, systems, and tools.
